Isolation Day 3: And this happened. Sean loved that damn beard. But what has he always loved more? A good ol’ fashioned Ridiculous Facial Hair Shave-Off. ⁣

Also, if someone you know doesn’t understand Teenager Irony, you can show them this. ⁣
⁣
Thora has complained about Sean’s beard non-stop since she broke his razor and he started growing it to spite her. And then Beard Pocock became the most popular Pocock in town, and Thora had even more reason to resent it and talk behind Beard’s back. ⁣

Isolation Day 9:⁣ ⁣ Lots of family exercise in our house today. ⁣ ⁣ 🚶‍♂️A long walk for Sean (rehabbing a strained calf).⁣ ⁣ 🏃‍♀️A hill repeat session from a 4-week running program for me. ⁣ ⁣ 💪Thora busted out another session of her school’s distance learning PE homework. ⁣ ⁣ 🏃‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏊‍♂️ But Auric showed us all up by out of the blue, completing a solo DIY triathlon. He went for an out and back run down the road in one direction, collected his bike at our driveway for a ride up the road in the other direction, finishing up with several laps in the pool. ⁣ But that wasn’t it. I came back from my exercise just in time to see The Fightin’ Pococks’ Makeshift Gym. ⁣ Sean and Auric had played the time-honored game, “Fill These Bags with Stuff!” in order to improvise weights.⁣ ⁣ Thora joined in too for some duffel bag lifting, thera-band pulling, and toilet paper barbells. Isolation Day 10:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Today was so similar to many of the other days. So what will I want to remember about this time? ⁣ Firstly, Auric is really into pretending to have been knocked unconscious, your approach coincidentally timed with him rousing from a blackout. Sometimes fake blood is involved. Often amnesia has occurred. So that keeps things interesting. ⁣ ⁣
